DescriptionGroup portrait of a man, two women, and two young girls of the Meskwaki (Fox) tribe, seated in a horse-drawn wagon. The man is wearing a collared shirt, overalls, and a hat. Both girls appear to be wearing long dresses. Mrs. Keosotuk, who is sitting in the back of the wagon, is wearing a ribbon shirt, and the other woman, who is sitting in the front seat, is wearing a shirt or blouse and a sweater. Another man, who is wearing a hat, is visible in the background of the image. This photograph was taken at the Meskwaki Settlement in Tama, Iowa.
