| Description | Photogaph shoes a flat bed truck decorated for a parade. The float is advertising Child Welfare and there are several small children on the back with some of them holding signs. The signs that are readable state "I go to bed at 7", "I drink milk", I sleep with windows open", and "I eat spinach." There are three women also on the truck bed wearing nurses uniforms. There are two signs on the truck, one reads "Child Welfare 6", and the other reads "Health Babies - The Wealth of a Nation." The truck is parked in front of the Armory building and there is a street lamp behind it with four glass globes. |

TIFF file created from a print photograph scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi. The master scan is untouched but this display image was enhanced by adjusting the contrast was changed from 0 to +7 using Adobe PhotoShop CS. |
