The men are in work clothes and some in suits and bowler hats. The women are wearing dresses, coats and hats. Some of the men are holding shovels. There are two teams of harnessed horses. There are at least four houses in the background and out buildings. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by adjusting the contrast from 0 to +16 and the brightness from 0 to +12 using Adobe Photoshop CS.
