Written on the image is: Election bet, Burton was right, Burns was wrong. There are about 26 men, one woman on a bicycle and two boys around the wagon enjoying the situation. There is a photograph on the back of the wagon. There is a store to the right of the firehouse. A sign on it reads: New and Second Hand Goods. The address number 58 is above the entrance to the fire house. |

| Digital Reproduction Information | Digital image captured using an Espon Expression 1680 scanner with transparent media adapter. TIFF file created from a print photograph scanned at 8-bit grayscale 1200ppi. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by adjusting the input level of the contrast from 0 to +5 and the brightness from 0 to +9 using Adobe PhotoShop CS. |
