| Description | Photograph shows what is probably the room in which reporters for Daily Register-Mail newspaper worked. There are four men in the room, three are sitting at desks and one appears to be reading incoming information from a teletype machine. There are two typewriters visible as well as a framed certificate from the Associated Press, jackets hanging from hooks on the wall a bare light bulb hanging from a wire, and a fan above the open window. |

| Digital Reproduction Information | Digital image captured using an Epson Expression 1680 with transparent media adapter. TIFF file created from a photograph scanned at 1200ppi. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by adjsuting the input level of the brightness from 0 to +13 and the contrast from 0 to +12 using Adobe Photoshop CS. |
