There are 14 men in the room and one of them is inside of a caged off area. All of the men are wearing suits and ties, some wearing bowler hats and some are also wearing sleeve protectors. There are several telegraph machines, gas lamps and a desk stuffed with papers is prominent on the left. There is a clock on the wall to the left that reads five minutes after 4 o'clock. |
