The wagon has a large tank in the center with hoses coming out. On the front is a seat and behind it is a bulbous ornament or fixture with the number 3 and what looks like a carved eagle on top. The wagon and wheels appear to be wooden with iron around the rims. Two men and a large horse are standing by the wagon. One man is wearing a fire department uniform.
