| Description | Glass plate negative shows the interior of the Osgood Photo Supplies store located in Galesburg, Illinois. There are five display cabinets in view holding Cyclone cameras and Kodak Brownie cameras, chemical powders, framing supplies, etc. There are several advertisements on the walls including the Union Labor News for 1901-1902 with a list of advertisers and a large sign for the Galesburg Sanitarium with photos of baths and water cures. There is a gas light hanging from the ceiling with what looks like a wire attached to it. There is a sign on the door stating that on April 1 the store would be moving to 330 East Main Street, Galesburg, Illinois. |

| Digital Reproduction Information | Digital image captured using a Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL with transparent media adapter. TIFF file created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600ppi. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by adjusting the highlights from 255 to 143 contrast +1 and the darkness -2 using Adobe Photoshop 7.0. |
