	American Beauty kitchen Title American Beauty kitchen Date Original February, 1951 Description Photograph shows the kitchen of the American Beauty Restaurant in Galesburg, Ill. There are two men in suits and ties on the left, a cook on the right and what appears to be a waitress in the center background. There are various pots and pans hanging from a rack from the ceiling and two large coffee urns between the two men on the left. There is a large open container that is the far left that appears to contain food products and two closed containers in the center of the image. There are plates and a scale under the counter and there is what appears to be a pie and cake carousel on the far center left.
