NotesThe original negative envelope is labeled Mrs. L. Dow. Based on information in the 1910 Federal census and Davenport city cirectories it seems likely this boy is Courtney L. Dow (born about 1903), son of Lyford T. and Myrtle Dow. The family lived at 151 Bridge Avenue in 1910 and Courtney L. was their only child.
