| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled C. Dietz. Based on information in the 1900 and 1910 Federal census, the Scott County WPA Tombstone Records and the 1914 obituary of Caroline Dietz it seems likely this is the family of Mrs. Caroline Dietz. Caroline (Bader) Dietz was married to Charles Dietz. The 1900 census lists the family in Cleona Township, Scott County. In 1910 Caroline is the divorced head of household and her 1914 obituary indicates she was an admired Walcott resident. See also X960. |
