| Notes | William A. Hickey was born about 1884 and was one of several brothers owning Hickey Brothers Cigar Stores in Davenport. He was listed as President and Treasurer in the 1910 Davenport city directory. At that time he lived with his parents Dennis J. and Sarah C. at 701 Iowa Street. He would be about 25 years old in this image. One of this series resembles a photograph which appeared in the 20Oct1909 Davenport Democrat, page 9. See also X505 images which are very similar. |
