| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled Mrs. J. B. Townsend. Based on the 1900 and 1910 Scott County Census it seems likely this is the James B. Townsend family-James, Eleanor or Ella, Gilbert, Jesse (male), Earl, Thomas, Lynne or Lynn (male), Bertha, Harriet or Hattie, and Gladys. The 1910 City Directory lists James as a carrier for the post office. |
