She is wearing wire rimmed eyeglasses in both images. The details of her blouse are easy to see, and clearly coordinate with the suit jacket she is wearing in dplx561a. |

| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled Miss England. Based on information in the 1910 Davenport city directory and the federal census it seems possible this is Miss Anna C. England, age 44. She was the proprietor of the A. C. England & Co. Millinery and Fancy Goods store at 318 West 2nd Street in Davenport. Her parents were John and Christina England. |

| Digital Reproduction Information | Digital image captured using a Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL with transparent media adapter. TIFF file created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by rotating it 90 degrees clockwise and adjusting brightness to 72 and contrast to 60 in Microsoft PhotoEditor. |
