| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled Mr. A. J. Faerber. Based on information in the 1910 federal census and Davenport city directory it seems likely this is Alexander J. Faerber, age 33, Vice President and General Manager of American Security Company and affiliated with Faerber Cigar Company. He resided at 614 West 7th Street in Davenport with his wife Clara and his 3-year-old daughter Dorothy. |

TIFF file created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by adjusting brightness to 65 and rotating 90 degrees clockwise. |
