NotesThe original negative envelope is labeled Alice Guyer. Based on information in the 1910 federal census, it seems likely this is 21-year-old Alice, daughter of Edward and Constance Guyer, who was living in Rock Island, Illinois at the time.

Digital Reproduction InformationDigital image captured using a Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL with transparent media adapter. TIFF file created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by adjusting brightness to 64 in Microsoft PhotoEditor.
