Based on the 1910 federal census it seems possible that this is little Dorothy Fox, born 1908, daughter of Charles E. and Stella (Cohn) Fox who were living in Muscatine, Iowa in 1910 with Stella's mother. Image 1 of 3 is located on CDVolume 61. |
