DescriptionTwo portraits on one glass negative of a toddler wearing a light colored dress, shoes and hair bow. In one image she is sitting on a bed with a large book on her lap. An adult woman wearing a dark dress is seated next to her, with a portion of her face visible. The child is looking up at the photographer but is not smiling. The other image shows the little girl standing up and holding the doll in her hands. This image was exceptionally dark.

NotesThe original negative envelope is labeled C. E. Crosett. Based on information in the 1910 census and Davenport city directories this is likely little Elizabeth A. Crossett, daughter of Edward C. and Elizabeth Crossett. In 1910 Mr. Crossett is the President of Crossett Timber Company, the family resides at 227 Mississippi, and Elizabeth is one-year-old.
