| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled Mr. VonMaur. Based on information in the 1910 federal census and Davenport city directories it seems likely this is the family of Charles J.(45) and Mary Ellen (Cable) VonMaur (45). The census states they have been married for 22 years and have four children: Cable G. (20), James (19), Richard (13) and Josephine (8). Charles J. was listed as President of Harned & Von Maur Incorporated and their residence is listed as 1800 East River in Davenport. See also X691. |

TIFF file created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi. The master scan is untouched, but this display image was enhanced by adjusting brightness to 67 and contrast to 58 in Microsoft PhotoEditor. |
