| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled C. W. Decker. Based on information in the Davenport city directories and federal census it seems likely this is Charles W. and Isabel (Morgan) Decker. The couple was married in 1872 and Mr. Decker was active in Davenport businesses. He owned a country home called "The Elms". The couple had three sons: George, Herbert and Carl. Charles W. Decker died March 11, 1911 in Davenport, Iowa. |
