Furnishings in the room and pictures on the wall are visible. The ceiling light fixture has three different types of globes. |

| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled Roswild or Roschild. With this limited information we cannot be sure, but suspect this is the family of Moses Rothschild, president of Black Hawk Clay Manufacturing Company and Secretary/Treasurer of D. Rothschild Grain Company. The 1910 census records Moses as age 44, wife Caroline B. as 39, daughter Caroline A. as 14, son Louis B. as 10 and daughter Augusta as age 8. They resided at 503 East 14th Street in Davenport in 1910. |

| Digital Reproduction Information | Digital image captured using a Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL with transparent media adapter. TIFF fill created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi. The master scan remains untouched but this display image was enhanced by adjusting midtone to 32 in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. |
