NotesThe original negative envelope is labeled Jeneatte Lane. Based on the 1910 Davenport city directory, 1910 federal census and Scott County Iowa records it seems likely this woman is Jeanette D. Lane, daughter of Joe R. and Jennie Darling (Richardson) Lane. Jeannette later married Cable G. Von Maur.

Digital Reproduction InformationDigital image captured using a Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL with transparent media adapter. TIFF fill created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi. The master scan is untouched but this display image was enhanced by adjusting midtone to 25 in Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
