NotesThe original published image is labeled Residence of F. H. Miller. The Davenport city directory indicates Frank H. Miller, partner in the Beiderbecke-Miller Wholesale Grocers, lived at this address with his wife Caroline and five children. The home was constructed in 1871 by builder John Drew and designed by architect W. L. Carroll. It is of the Italianate architectural style.
