| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled Dr. Vallestedt. Based on information in the 1912 City Directory, William C. Vallestedt a surgeon. According to The Davenport Democrat on 26 September 1912 on page 10, Alma De Beaulieu married Dr. William C. Vallestedt. Alma was a bookkeeper for The Fair store and Dr. Vallestedt was a veterinarian. The bride's dress is made of white crepe de chine made over white silk, and draped in one-sided scarf effect, with princess lace that was edged with shirrings of the crepe. The wedding veil of lace and tulle fell from a wreath of green and white. |
