| Notes | The original negative envelope is labeled W. E. Spencer children. Based on information in the 1910 Davenport City Directory, Wilbur E. Spencer was secretary and treasurer of Spencer Furniture Company, and lived on 706 Kirkwood Boulevard with his wife, Catherine. Based on information in the 1920 census, they had four children: Shirley (age 10), Arthur (age 8), Robert (age 4) and Carolyn (age 1). |
