NotesThe original negative envelope is labeled Cora Quinn. Based on information in the 1914 Davenport City Directory, Cora B. Quinn was a bookkeeper for J. B. Hostetler and she lived in Moline. Based on information in the 1910 Census, Cora B. Quinn was born in Ohio and was an assistant photographer. She was born ca. 1894 and was the daughter of Thomas and Olivia Quinn of Moline, Illinois.

Digital Reproduction InformationDigital image captured using a Microtek ScanMaker 9800XL with transparent media adapter. TIFF file created from a glass negative scanned at 8-bit grayscale 600 ppi.The master scan is untouched, but his display image was enhanced by adjusting brightness to 45 and contrast to 50 in Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
