| Description | Photograph of Cram Field after improvements to grade the land and build runways. The airport was located on Division Street near Duck Creek in Davenport, Iowa. On the left are two park automobiles, gasoline pumps and an airplane. In the center is a small building and a sign advertising "Mobilgas." To the left, there are several parked cars and the hangar with a sign that reads "Cram Field, Davenport Municipal Airport." This was Project #203 of the Civil Works Administration (C.W.A.) projects in Scott County, Iowa. |
