NotesThe original negative envelope is labeled "Dr. Ben E. Strickler". Based on information in the 1906-1907 Davenport city directory Benjamin E. Strickler, M.D. was associated with the W. A. Benadom Sanitarium Company. He and wife Rosie resided at 822 West 3rd Street in Davenport. He is listed in the 1900 census in Kansas City, Missouri as a physician, age 47.
